LESSON 1
Macaron Chocolate - Raspberry
Macaron Lime - Estragon
Shells of two colors on the Italian meringue, silky ganache with refreshing pieces of fresh estragon and olive oil will delight you with awesome texture and color.
Chocolate macarons on the Italian meringue have a pleasant, not too sweet taste, due to the presence of red cocoa and dark chocolate in the recipe.

For the filling, we prepare salty caramel of a luxurious texture, raspberry coulie with seeds. Enjoy not only the taste, but also the process.
We prepared a piquant ganache with considerable quantity of Dorblu cheese and a juicy pear with vanilla.

The combination of stewed pear and blue cheese makes the macarons taste expressive.

How to perform a task
The marathon lasts 6 weeks. Every Thursday you get 2 cake recipes.

Every Sunday or earlier you send the completed Weekly Task to the teacher by e-mail: photos of the prepared cakes, their general view and cut.

Photos should be in a good quality and not on a black background.
Learning format
1. Detailed PDF recipe. It contains art photos demonstrating the finished product and its cut.

2. A detailed video lesson for each recipe, as well as additional videos. Access to the video lesson remains with you for 6 months.

3. Each task is checked by your teacher, he comments your work and sends feedback to your e-mail.

4. Task is delivered weekly, at the same time you can submit it any time before the end of the marathon.
