The marathon lasts 4 weeks. Every Thursday you get 2 eclairs recipes, at last week — 1 recipe.
Every Sunday or earlier you send the completed Weekly Task to the teacher by e-mail: photos of the prepared macarons, their general view and cut.
Photos should be in a good quality and not on a black background.
1. Detailed PDF recipe. It contains art photos demonstrating the finished product and its cut.
2. A detailed video lesson for each recipe, as well as additional videos. Access to the video lesson remains with you for 6 months.
3. Each task is checked by your teacher, hecomments your work and sends feedback to your e-mail.
4. Task is delivered weekly, at the same time you can submit it any time before the end of the marathon.
How to get a tutor feedback
Within a week, after receiving a photo of your task, the teacher gives feedback after checking the pastries.
