The Black Forest Cake is well-known for its traditional combination of whipped cream, chocolate sponge and cherries soaked in Kirschwasser. We will make not only the classic but also the modern version of this cake. We will keep the traditional ingredients and taste, just making the overall appearance modern and refined.

The perfect combination of rich cherry taste, pleasant vanilla Chantilly and a soft velvet chocolate sponge create that very special pleasure that makes this cake so popular for so many years all over the world.
Feuille D'automne

This cake filled with the taste and rhytmically lined layers of chocolate textures. You will learn how to do airy and moist chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse with smooth texture, soft and at the same time stable, crispy layer for the base of the cake.

To create an amazing taste of the cake you will need simple but proven recipes.

To decorate the cake you will use technique of creation chocolate fan, that will show you how to cover and decorate cake with beautifull bow without tempering the chocolate.
Strawberry Truffle

The beautiful shape of the gâteau originally requires no mold. All your need is a piece of film. Simple ingredients and amazing strawberry textures: whipped ganache with strawberries, bright strawberry confit with whole berries.

How does the learning go?
The course lasts 4 weeks. Every week you get access to 2 classes, last week — 1 class.

Every class of this online course includes:

1. A detailed PDF-recipe. Each contains artistic pictures demonstrating the ready pastry and its cut.

2. A detailed video-class for each recipe, as well as additional videos.

3. A team of professional KICA instructors gives feedback to each of your tasks and answers all your questions.

4. Certificate. To get a certificate, you have to send all course tasks until the last day of the course. All tasks have to be approved by the KICA Instructors.

5. The task is delivered weekly, at the same time you may submit it any time before the end of the course. All tasks have to be approved by KICA Instructors.The course duration is 4 weeks.

Every Sunday or earlier you send the completed Weekly Task to the KICA tutor on the learning platform: photos of the prepared pastries, their general view and cut.

The photos should be of a good quality and not on a black background.
Will I have access to course materials after the course?
You have access to the video-classes and other course materials for 6 months, 12 month or 24 months depending on the package you choose, the countdown starts on the first day of the course.
