How do I earn Pastry Points?
You earn 10 Pastry Points for every 1€ spent on eligible KICA products. Some products may also include boosted rewards during special campaigns.
How do I spend my Pastry Points?
When reviewing your cart, see the Rewards & Codes section — choose how many points to apply for each order (you can use them all, get up to 100% off your order). Eligible products only.
100 Pastry Points = 1€.
If you’re a legacy KICA Cashback wallet holder, find your points transferred — see account balance above (you have to be logged in).
Do new customers get a welcome bonus?
Yes. New KICA customers receive 500 Pastry Points as a welcome bonus after creating an account. Once they appear in your balance, you can use them in Rewards & Codes on eligible orders.
How soon can I use my points?
Points from eBooks and Video Classes are added to your account right after purchase. For physical products in this market, points become available 30 days after purchase.
Does the size of the order matter?
It actually does! Orders of 50€ and more earn you x1.5 more points, while on orders of 100€ you get back TWICE more points!
Do reviews matter?
They really do. Show us what you made using KICA eBooks or Video Classes in the form of a text, photo, or video review and get paid 200, 500 or 1000 Pastry Points, respectively. We’ll need to verify your review, but that’s it! Eager to see what you make ♡
Can I get products for free using points?
Yes, you can! Pick any KICA eBook or a Video Class, and, provided you accumulated enough points (100 Pastry Points = 1€), get your pick for free! Don’t quite have enough points? Check if there’s a product you bought earlier but haven’t reviewed, or choose another eBook / Video Class for which you have enough points.
Will there be special offers for points?
Yep, got them cooking (get it?). In addition to the multipliers we apply to higher cart values, you can expect time-limited campaigns and special product selections that will give your Pastry Points balance a boost. Look out!
Do the points expire?
Yes, KICA Pastry Points policy is such that the unused points expire after 6 months of being earned, each amount respectively. When you spend points, we withdraw the oldest ones first. Spend them regularly and your balance is safe!
