I am amazed at the taste of the almond sponge cake and the moisture it retains after being frozen😍! unique flavors with mango jelly and lemon cream. The rum whipped ganache very creamy and delicious with a touch of lemon and vanilla. A bit complicated to make the chocolate sheets very thin, it was on my second attempt that I succeeded. I loved the shiny effect with the nappage🥰🥰! you can bite into it and feel the creaminess of the components and the crunchiness of the crumble!
These are my snickers macarons. The combination of rich peanut flavours and chocolate give a unique taste to these macrons.
And finishing touches off chocolate coated peanut as a decorating of macarons make this macarons more delicious and more appetizing.
Delicious dessert for family 😋. My family loved the taste. The caramel custard, vanilla cream and the flavoured pecan was delicious. The choux was crunchy and just the right texture. Here is my Opera Cake. Very delicious cake with very delicate process in making it. The most challenging step for me is glazing it since I'm not confident enough to do the spatula scrapping (need a lot of practice). So I just tilted it and let the excess run and slide down from the cake. 😁
From now on I will appreciate an Opera Cake regardless the taste!

Elegant taste and looks! And it has wonderfull flavor combinations between coffee,chocolate caramel & praline with almond sponge! Nutty, aromatic,slightly bitter & sweet. What a lovely cake! Really soft sponge!, I did soak the sponge with lemon syrup. The banana lime buttercream is delicious, the lime caramel... awesome. The coconut to complete everything. This recipe is a great success!

The combination of pistachio and raspberry in this recipe is simply extraordinary. I love the smoothness of the ganache that very well adds to the delicate softness of the sponge where the raspberry punch really delivers a punch to the senses.
