Signature Pastries by Karim Bourgi

I am thrilled to share my second book with you, where each recipe contains a piece of my passion for pastries. There’s a unique joy in seeing someone’s face light up with delight when they taste one of my creations. With this collection I want to bring that joy right into your kitchen.

And for something a bit simpler yet equally rewarding, try the Basque Cheesecake Caramelia Coconut. Its classic texture combines well with the rich flavors of caramel and coconut, creating a dessert that’s both easy to make and a joy to devour.
