How do I earn Pastry Points?

You earn 10 Pastry Points for every 1 EUR spent on eligible KICA products. Some products may also include boosted rewards during special campaigns.

When do my points become available?

Points are not activated immediately after purchase. For digital products, points become available after 7 days. This delay helps protect the program from refunds and cancellations.

How do I use points for a discount?

When you have available points, you can choose how many points to spend in the cart before completing your order. 100 Pastry Points equal 1 EUR off in your cart.

Can I earn more points on bigger orders?

Yes. Orders of 50 EUR or more unlock a 1.5x points multiplier. Orders of 100 EUR or more unlock 2x points.

Can I earn points for reviews?

Yes. After purchase, you can earn extra Pastry Points from your KICA account: 200 points for a text review, 500 points for a photo review, and 1000 points for a video review.

Can points cover the full price of digital products?

Yes. For digital KICA products, available Pastry Points can cover up to 100% of the product price.

Will there be special point offers?

Yes. Some selected products can include increased Pastry Points, boosted multipliers, or limited bonus campaigns. When such offers are available, we will explain them clearly on the product or campaign page.

Do Pastry Points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after they become available. When points are spent, the oldest available points are used first.

What happens if an order is refunded?

If an order is canceled or refunded, the related points can be canceled or deducted back automatically.
