Meet Mariah Grace, owner and pastry chef at Grace Patisserie in New Zealand. With over 12 years of baking experience, her journey began in 2011 when she first attempted to make macarons—an experience that didn’t go as planned but inspired her to persevere. She refined her skills through online tutorials, culinary school, and hands-on practice, eventually developing a recipe and techniques she now loves to share.
In 2019, Mariah opened Grace Patisserie, where her seasonal macarons quickly became a favorite in the community. She’s passionate about sharing her craft, and through this e-book, she hopes to help home bakers and aspiring pastry chefs to create beautiful, delicious macarons with confidence—just as she has learned to do over the years.
